Brian DAmico has been
involved in the real
estate industry since 1993

first as a real estate salesperson and later focused on commercial sales. He learned all facets of the mortgage industry early on, and started New Fed Mortgage Company in 2001, in the city of Chelsea, MA.

Brian’s focus on making New Fed one of the best private mortgage companies in New England has paid off―Banker & Tradesman ranked New Fed the Best Mortgage Company in Massachusetts in 2017.

As CEO/President of New Fed Mortgage Brian is responsible for all oversight. He is always looking to create the best experience for customers by improving New Fed’s Mortgage platform and maintaining excellent rates. He also hosts a weekly podcast, Easy Money New England, aimed at teaching his clients how to grow their wealth by investing in real estate.

Brian sits on a few boards in the Real Estate industry and is a member of the Massachusetts Mortgage Bankers Association (MMBA). He enjoys sharing information with likeminded people as a member of Vistage CEO Network.

When he gets time off Brian cherishes time with his two young daughters and fiancé, and enjoys playing tennis or golf, hiking, and reading. Favorite books (which he recommends to clients) are Rich Dad, Poor Dad by Robert T. Kiyosaki; See You at the Top by Zig Ziglar, and The E-Myth by Michael Gerber. Of course Brian also recommends his own book, Real Estate Riches: Take the First Step and Buy Your First Home.
